| This website provides biological pathway models with discrete Petri nets as well as corresponding detailed explanation with flash animation. The aims of the modeling by Petri net are to make the biologists intuitively understand intrinsic structure and features of biological pathway, and to make it possible to mechanically model and simulate larger scale biological networks. |
